Digital strategy is like planning a party; how do you get the right guests to show up?

By using the right digital tools, platforms, and processes to get them there. And then bring in your favorite peeps to secure the best venue, develop a kick@ss invitation, and hire the best combo of DJ, catering, and bartender (ahem, strategists). You wouldn't leave this to just anyone, would you?

Think of it like this:

  • The invitation is the ad

  • The distribution of the invite is the marketing channels

  • The digital experience (website) is the venue

  • The content is the food and music

Simply put: if the invite is great but the venue, music, and food suck, your guests will leave. Same thing when it comes to digital.

 

Depending on where you are in your marketing party planning, a digital strategy can include any or all of these:

 

01. Marketing Automation


 The tools you use to build and send emails, landing pages, sore leads, etc. There are lots of platforms out there from Eloqua to Iterable to Marketo and HubSpot. But we'll save that for another day.  Sometimes this causes migraines, but don't stress, our consulting can help.

02. Website development


So you've made it to our corner of the digital universe, and hopefully you’re getting a feel for who we are. We heart the website development process. 03. Channels


Channels are the vehicles you use to reach customers which could be paid social, display, email, advertising, search, content syndication, native ads, etc. This is where fun happens.  But digital strategy requires that annoying little buzzword: optimization. Bottom line: you can't just set it and forget it.
